An ordinary ₹10 note is worth ₹10. It is legal tender in every design the RBI has issued. Specific older issues carry a genuine collector premium — real ranges below, from our own catalogue.
The ₹10 note in particular
Every ₹10 note the RBI has issued remains legal tender, including the older Mahatma Gandhi series that the newer design replaced. Nothing has been withdrawn and nothing needs exchanging.
