Cancellation and refunds

What you are charged, and when you can get it back.

What you are buying

A plan on The Currency Bazaar is a one-time listing allowance — the right to publish a set number of listings and send a set number of messages. It is not a subscription. There is no renewal date, nothing auto-charges later, and no card is kept on file.

We take 0% commission on your sale, at any price, on every plan. The amount shown on the pricing page is the full amount charged — no tax, processing charge or convenience fee is added at checkout.

Cancelling before you pay

Nothing is charged until you complete payment. You can close the payment window at any point and no money is taken. An abandoned payment is not a debt and we will never chase you for one.

Refunds after payment

The fee is a one-time charge for a listing allowance and is not refundable once the allowance has been used. Publishing a listing uses it. Please use the calculator on the pricing page to pick the right plan before you pay — and if you are unsure which one fits, ask us first.

Where we do refund

We refund in full, without argument, in these cases:

Where we do not

How to ask for a refund

Email support@thecurrencybazaar.com from the address on your account, with the payment reference from your receipt. You do not need to explain yourself at length — the reference is enough for us to find it.

We reply within 48 hours. An approved refund is sent back to the same card, UPI ID or bank account the payment came from — we cannot send it anywhere else, and we will never ask you for bank details to "process" one. Once we send it, your bank usually takes 5–7 working days to show it.

A refund never requires you to pay anything first. Nobody from The Currency Bazaar will ask you for a fee, a GST payment, a clearance charge or an OTP to release a refund. Anyone who does is trying to cheat you.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, write to our grievance officer — the details are on the contact page. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
